Vestments are symbols of the priestly role in the liturgy. Other symbols placed on them obscure this fact; therefore we decorate chasubles and dalmatics with trim and decorative fabrics to enhance the lines of the garments and the movement of the minister wearing them.

Dalmatics can be made to match any of the styles of chasubles shown.
