Enabling others to create beauty and art for their places of worship is a priority for Sister Josephine. She offers two types of workshops to individual parishes, to deaneries or dioceses.

Hands-On Workshop

The aim is to involve a large group of parishioners in the actual creation of one or more banners, designed uniquely for your parish, that enhance the liturgy and encourage full participation. This activity is highly organized, but creative and prayerful.

Power Point Presentations

1. Environment and Art for Worship - the aim is to teach participants how to achieve elegance and beauty in all the elements of the surroundings for liturgy. 1 hour session, includes time for questions - $100 + transportation or 2 hour sessions - $200 + transportation

2. Creating Banners That Enhance Liturgy - the aim is to teach participants how to create designs for banners (processional and fixed) that bring out the best of the architecture and liturgical furnishings. 1 hour session, includes time for discussion/questions - $100 + transportation
